DXdao Annual Recaps
In an effort to commemorate an incredible year, DXdao squads put together annual recaps and outlooks for 2021 and 2022. These include comprehensive recaps of squad initiatives, expenditures, outlooks, and much more. The squads that prepared presentations include:
DXvoice — The Voice of DXdao. DXvoice aims to situate DXdao as the de facto DAO, further emphasizing the importance of the D in DAO. Additionally, the squad is looking to further DXdao documentation resources.
DXgov — The Development side of DXdao’s governance. DXgov is pushing towards guilds and governance 2.0 at breakneck speed. The squad aims to continue its growth throughout the coming year.
DXbiz — The Business hub of DXdao. DXventures, under the DXbiz umbrella, awarded four major grants to Opolis, Hats, Double and Atlantis World. In 2022, DXbiz seeks to expand to capitalise on its growing reputation by strengthening existing opportunities and identifying new ones.
Governance — The decision center of DXdao // The Heart of DXdao. Governance demonstrated success and scalability in 2021. Almost 700 on-chain proposals were passed throughout the year. Looking forward, Governance is looking to DXD liquidity, tokenomics, and REP unity.
Swapr — Setting the standard for dapps. Swapr had many notable achievements, including but not limited to 2850 token holders, breaching $70m in TVL, and facilitating over $125m in volume. Swapr finished by sharing their exciting roadmap for 2022.

ETH Denver
The Ethereum community descended onto Denver last month and the DXdao community showed up in full force. There was, of course, the actual ETH Denver event, which DXdao sponsored. The story of the conference was arguably the DXdao swag, featuring super-stylish sweatshirts emblazoned with a cute cartoon of the sun of decentralization. The sweatshirts, along with the beanies, stickers and DXdao mug led to a jam packed DXdao booth on the second floor through the event. DXdao contributor Sky also spoke on a panel about DAO governance, while Augusto, John and Ross helped answer hacker questions regarding the DXdao bounties. Prior to ETH Denver, the DXdao community enjoyed other of the week’s festivities. The Schelling Point conference explored the latest in governance developments, while several DXdao contributors spoke at DAO Denver. Chris spoke on a panel on how to “Rock the Vote” and he was joined later by Augusto and Ross to give a presentation on Governance 2.0.
But the highlight of the weekend — besides the juxtaposition of snow and sun in Denver — was the DXdao happy hour at the grand Stoney’s Bar and Grill. Community members that previously only knew each other through Discord handles met each other for the first time, while DXdao partners engaged and traded ideas about how to work together — all occurring under large screens with the latest play of the Copenhagen Flames (more on that below)
Swapr Landing Page
The Swapr squad is excited to release a new landing page at Swapr.eth.link! A proposal passed in the last week in February to redirect Swapr.eth to the latest build from the Swapr squad.
The new update includes a major update to the Swapr experience with a beautiful design for users to explore and learn more about Swapr. Unlike most other web3 dapps and landing pages that are separate, Swapr’s puts that all on the same page, with the swap box at the top that seamlessly flows into a scroll of the rest of the website.
The new update will help attract users and partners as Swapr looks to grow its multichain ecosystem.
Copenhagen Flames Sponsorship
At DXdao’s Happy Hour around ETHDenver, a very interesting announcement was made. DXdao became the first on-chain organization to partner with an esports team. If you were one of the lucky attendees, you would likely have received a Copenhagen Flames Jersey that features DXdao on the shoulders!
Through the sponsorship, DXdao will explore new ways of fan engagement using governance tools built by DXdao. The goal of which is to create an environment where fans can get directly involved with their favorite teams. The sponsorship includes DXdao’s logo on the shoulder and education of a broad community of interested gamers.

- DXdao Sponsors CodelessCon — DXdao has issued four bounties to the first no-code hackathon! This includes governance memes, a video explainer surrounding DXdao operations, and a tokenomics proposal for Swapr.
- DXdocs V1.1.0 Update — DXdocs received a large content update, including DXgov and Carrot information, technical documentation, contributor hub revamp, and much more.
